Pinnacle Personal & Performance Training offers service to the St. Louis/ St. Charles metropolitan area. Pinnacle specializes in providing our clients with the best possible workout every time he or she trains. Pinnacle also offers the client great flexibility by providing sessions at client's homes, at his/her work, at schools, and even at local parks. All of this is in addition to our Chesterfield location. This allows our clients to choose the environment they prefer. Should you choose to train outside our facility, we bring all the necessary equipment. If you have some equipment available then great, more variety, but this isn't a requirement.
Pinnacle also provides personal training at area Corporate and Commercial Fitness Centers as well as apartment complex fitness centers. Sports performance training is often completed at the athlete's school, or at local public venues. Pinnacle focuses on making exercise convenient for their customers as well fun flexible and fun!
We offer both 30 minute and 60 minute training sessions as well as small group training
sessions. All sessions can either be completed at the Snap Fitness location or at
the location of your choice. However, the travel training rates may vary due to the
distance of the location from the studio. Our Performance Training sessions for athletes
are all a minimum of one hour in length, and are completed at a location that best meets the needs of the individual(s). Performance Training sessions are also available for group training as long as the goals of the individuals are similar.

Pinnacle Personal & Performance Training also offers a true BOOT CAMP Class like no other! We have combined the principles of HIMAX-Training with the use of TRX from and other body weight/calisthenics exercises to create an entirely new type of class. The classes are sixty minutes of all-out exercise using only your own body weight as resistance. We offer both beginner and advanced classes to help meet the needs of participants. This class implemented by Assault Fitness LLC.
